Learn and practice a variety of yogic breathing techniques for stress reduction and overall well being.
Learn what optimal breathing is and how we all have the natural ability to breath optimally for better overall health.
Enjoy weekly guided breath practices to sustain and inspire you to build a daily pranayama ritual of your own.
*Suitable for ages 12 and up, no experience or prior knowledge needed.

Look, I get it. Most of us are feeling pretty depleted and anxious these days for the obvious reasons: life in a pandemic, a year in isolation, 5 years of gaslighting, our fragile democracy, persistent racial injustice, ALL the relentless local, national, global trauma, upheaval, changes and catastrophes we are living through. Seriously, it’s A LOT.
But showing up for and tending to ourselves, our loved ones, our communities is still needed – now more than ever.
So come… let’s breathe together and heal what ails us, re- learn how to regulate our emotional landscape and breathe to feel better within yourself, to build back up your stamina, to more easefully navigate the rough terrains of life gettin’ so dang lifey!
We meet online in the zoom room every Wednesday morning for 6 weeks at 8- 8:30am (PST)
The series builds upon itself, so attendance is important, but if you need to miss, you can catch the replay!
You don’t need any special props, just a quiet space for 30 mins every Wed morning.
Week 1 : Posture, Purpose, Diaphragmatic Breathing, Neck Release
Week 2: Dirga or 3 part Breath & Sama Vritti or even breath-aka Box Breath
Week 3: Sama Vritti & Ujjayi (victorious breath)
Week 4: Mountain Breath & Ujjayi
Week 5: Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
Week 6: Nadi Shodhana variation, Bonus Breath & Overview
