I've come to this world to help people find calm in the chaos.

It’s over the course of two decades that I’ve sought the sanctuary of yoga and discovered that this ancient practice really works.

Yogic breathing and meditation help me move through feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and everyday upsets.

Union of the physical yoga postures and breath have helped me build physical, emotional and spiritual strength from the inside out;  and have guided me through trauma, tragedy and deep-seeded grief and loss with a grace and resilience I didn’t know I possessed.
