It's my calling to help you find calm in the chaos, feel better in your body & inspire you into action!

It’s over the course of two decades I’ve sought the sanctuary of yoga philosophies and practices and have discovered this rich, ancient practice really works!

Yogic breathing and meditation help me move through feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and everyday upsets with more ease and acceptance.

Union of the physical yoga postures and breath have helped me build physical and spiritual strength from the inside out; and have guided me through trauma, tragedy and deep-seeded grief and loss with grace and resilience.

I love inspiring clients into action, co-creating unique self-healing paths toward more fulfilling and inspired lives.

Certifications/Qualifications/ inspirations/wanderings:

I’m a certified E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) & E-RPYT (Experienced Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) & Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. A Yoga Alliance registered instructor currently working toward 500 hour teacher certification through 8 Limbs in Seattle. As a certified Life Coach, I serve yogis and the yoga-curious in achieving their highest potential.

I've studied with a wide variety of teachers around the globe beginning my freshman year in college when I took my very first yoga class. That first Hatha class felt like coming home and I've since been inspired by countless yoga and non-yoga teachers throughout the past several decades with strong influences in Ashtanga, Forrest, Iyengar and classical Hatha. I've over 1000 hours of study and learning invested in my craft from workshops, retreats and trainings as well as many hundreds of teaching hours since 2005.
