for Postpartum moms 6 weeks and up
Healing and re-strengthening your newly postpartum body can take time. A little dose of patience, and learning to do it in a way that supports your whole health, is well worth the effort!
Join Jenny in this powerfully supportive 2 hour workshop for Mamas where you’ll learn:
- exercises and yoga poses that effectively build back up core strength & tone to your pelvic floor for optimal healing post baby
- postural awareness & alignment
- breathing, lifting & carrying techniques
- how to check for abdominal separation & how to heal it
- how your breath can be your best ally for optimal health and healing
- how to know if you need to see a pelvic floor expert
*You’ll need a yoga block (or tightly rolled towel), yoga mat, water, pen and paper to take notes.
