This is a new series where each month, we’ll focus on a peak pose. (a challenging yoga pose like a balancing or inversion posture)
Challenging poses have the potential to cause physical harm when not set up & moved into properly, and they can rock your confidence, both of which keep you from progressing in your yoga practice.
This workshop-style, online community series helps you move past some of these hurdles with intention to build lasting strength, confidence and balance in your unique peak pose expression and….
accepting where you are in your season of life is crucial in helping define what proficiency means for you in any yoga pose.
Cuz, just because you saw it in a book or magazine, doesn’t mean that’s what it should look like for your body, and so often the pictures we see aren’t even safe for the health and longevity of the model!
In this series, we’re interested in what it feels like in the body as opposed to what it looks like–building lasting strength in muscles, joints and mind.

What you’ll need:
Yoga strap, mat, 2 blocks, a chair (optional), space at a wall (optional)
