Join me & fellow yogis for this special weekend away at the enchanted lands of the Whidbey Institute. Retreat invites us to slow down, breathe, feel & bathe in a stillness that re-connects us to ourselves in a deep and meaningful way.
Come, gather together for a weekend getaway to Whidbey Island and feel miles away while still just a little over an hour from Seattle.
The Whidbey Institute, www.whidbeyinstitute.com, is a unique & truly enchanting place to enjoy delicious, healthy meals prepared just for us, practice yoga in the awe-inspiring Sanctuary made of reclaimed trees from the property, cozy up in your cabin alone or shared with one person, relax in the gardens, walking meditation through the Labyrinth, or a wander through the wooded paths throughout the lands.
