Slow down time…

Feel like you don’t have enough time in a day and you can’t quite catch up

What if you started perceiving time as spiral …….?

10 ways to slow down TIME:

1. do a jigsaw puzzle 

2. Set your alarm 15 mins earlier than normal & meditate every morning 15 minutes

3. take a 10 minute walk every day, bring your awareness to the beauty that surrounds you as often as you can throughout your day, 

4. Keep a gratitude journal by your bed -before sleep, wrote 3 things that you appreciate about the past 24 hrs 

5. set intentions, before you get up out of bed each morning Intentions are not your  to do list ( intentions are cultivating, or inviting in, a way of being )

6. create something (jewelry, baking , a craft )

7. Carve out intentional time everyday for 5 -10 mins alone with yourself to simply notice what you notice

8. Once a week spend time with someone who fills you up 

9. Stand barefoot on the earth (sand, grass, dirt, under a tree, wherever ) arms by side palms forward to receive & take 5 deep breaths 

10. Practice pausing before responding to your emotional triggers
