New Year Meditation

OPEN

I open to the nourishing force of new beginnings

for my highest good and for the highest good of all

May my hands be purified to create magnificent things

May my handprints be a reflection of my heart

May my feet carry me forward on my elevated path

May my footprints upon this earth be mindful and meaningful

 

RELEASE

I cut the cords of negativity that bind me

to limiting beliefs and actions that don’t serve my highest good

I cut the cords that limit me from all that is yet to be revealed

I cut the cords that prevent access to the highest vibration available to me

I release pain

I release heartbreak

I release shame

I release self-doubt

I release resentment

I release judgment

I release lack

I release fear

 

INTEGRATE

I am whole

I am complete

I am love

I am aligned with Source

 

RELEASE to RECEIVE

Whatever attempts to sever my connection with the Divine

may they be released and transformed for the highest good of all

I cut the cords that keep me bound

because:

I am WHOLE

I am COMPLETE

I am LOVE

I am ALIGNED with source energy

now and always

and so it is
