Aditi Yoga & Bodywork 1815 N 45th Street, Seattle, WA, United StatesRefine your alignment while discovering your strengths & weaknesses in familiar poses as we use the wall to guide & support us in this informative 2-hour workshop. With each pose at the wall, you’ll enhance body awareness tuning into the muscles we over and underuse in familiar poses.
