Winter Flow Deep Dive & Lunch *SOLD OUT*

includes a rich 90 minute flow yoga class, weaving mantra and breath with movement,  & a guided meditation to ease into an extended rest in savasana.

We’ll seed the groundwork  for a balanced winter and smooth holiday season in December’s Deep Dive and set intention for winter and the coming new year.   Then, we’ll share in a delicious and nourishing homemade vegetarian lunch.
