It’s been a challenging year yet still, much to be grateful for in spite of the hardship, worry, destruction, injustice, grief, anxiety and pain we have collectively been witnessing and experiencing.
Let’s gather Thanksgiving morning to remind ourselves of the abundance, joy, union and peace we co-create when we come together in intention.
This class will be online only and you’ll receive a Zoom link about 30 mins before class starts. $35 for your whole household, whomever wants to join! Nov 26, 2020 from 9-10:30am for a 90 minute dive into gratitude, breath, sound, movement, guided meditation and relaxation.
