Join us for a 5 class Mini Series here at Home Retreat Studio

These classes are in-person* Wednesdays 7- 8:45 pm with a yummy homemade snack, tea and optional warm plunge in the cedar tub provided after class.

Join us for 5 wonderful indoor/outdoor Vinyasa Flow classes at your own pace, with all props provided, in a welcoming sanctuary of calm in the NW heart of Seattle.
