Tuesday mornings 9:30-1045AM

Join us for 7 wonderful indoor/outdoor Vinyasa Flow classes at your own pace, with all props provided, in a welcoming sanctuary of calm in the NW heart of Seattle.

In-person classes are 75 minutes with 30 minutes to spend after class enjoying a homemade nibble & beverage in community, a soak in the cedar hot tub, or an extra long rest at the end of class if you need it!
