Spring Renewal with Lunch

This unique yoga class will invite an opening to new beginnings through guided meditation, mantra and a rich asana practice themed for release and renewal.

Together we’ll welcome Spring, shed the residual effects of winter, release the energetic heaviness to make way for the abundance of Spring.

After class, we’ll enjoy a wholesome, homemade, seasonal lunch in community!
