Barcelona Yoga Retreat

This is going to be the most adventurous and inspired retreats in one of my most favorite regions- Catalonia-on the Northeastern coast of Spain. We begin in the city for excitement and putting our yoga into action, then we end the retreat in the country, for deep relaxation, rejuvenation and integration.

begins in Barcelona and concludes in Girona, Spain.

Our incredible adventure is 9 nights & 10 days from September 26 to October 5, 2025

Enjoy the first 5 nights/4 days exploring the cultural richness of Barcelona, then relax and restore for 4 nights/5 days in the most magical, family-owned retreat venue, surrounded by beautiful farmlands & countryside just outside the Girona city center.

This fully immersive experience is going to be a divine combination of

city & country, adventure & rest, yoga & healing.

ITINERARY OVERVIEW:

Sept 26- Oct 5, 2025 

Fly in & out of El Prat Airport, Barcelona

Arrival Day: Sept 26 Settle into the apartment, relax after a long day of travel, set sacred space together in welcome circle

Day 1 Sept 27 Centering & Grounding Practice, coffee on the sun-kissed  balcony, light breakfast then off on the sightseeing hop-on/hop-off tour bus through the city

Meet at the yoga studio late afternoon/evening for gentle, grounding yoga

Day 2 Sept 28 Morning meditation & Free time for tours/sightseeing.  Meetup later for yoga at the studio

Day 3 Sept 29 Morning yoga at the studio. Adventures in the city-explore all day & meet for evening yoga at the studio

Day 4 Sept 30 Choose your adventure-the day is all yours

Day 5  Sept 31 Morning mindfulness practice, pack up and travel to Girona.  (45 min train from Barcelona to Girona) 25 mins in private transport to La Cura

Days 6-9 (Oct 1-5 )Blissful days, starry nights, fresh nourishing farm to table daily vegan meals, twice daily yoga, meditation, add-on healing modalities, massage, hot tub, sauna, swimming pool & time for yourself to relax in the abundant beauty of this unique property.

Accommodations in Barcelona:

Choose your private (1 shared) room in an incredibly spacious 9 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment, super centrally located in La Rambla neighborhood

 LA CURA RETREATS  is a beautifully transformed farmhouse, with ample space to completely relax. The property is perfectly appointed just a 45min train ride from Barcelona and boasts 10 bedrooms with private baths, a yoga & pilates studio, sauna, cedar soaking tub, cold plunge pool, large, heated swimming pool, and gardens growing our catered farm-to-table meals prepared daily.
