Post-natal Core Strengthening Workshop
for Postpartum moms 6 mos and up.
Re-strenghthening your newly postpartum body can take time. A little dose of patience and learning to do it in a way that supports your whole health, is well worth the effort. In this workshop you’ll learn exercises that help build back up core strength and tone your pelvic floor. You’ll strengthen, stretch, learn postural breathing and lifting techniques, how to check for abdominal seperation & how to heal it. You’ll discover how your breath can big your best ally in the healing process as you learn how to breathe for optimal health and healing.
