Home Retreat Sanctuary : Embrace the peaceful energy of our serene oasis of clam. Like a self-guided retreat, the Sanctuary Pass is an ideal way to slow down, de-stress and find your center.

Book a 2 hour window:

• • MONDAYS: 12-2,  2-4  or 6-8 PM
  • WEDNESDAYS: 12-2 or 2-4 PM
  • FRIDAYS: 12-2 or 2-4 PM

Hot Tub:  Have a soak in the healing waters of our heated cedar tub, heated to between 100-104 degrees year round.  Cleanse your energy and truly reset your nervous system while being lovingly protected under the beautiful cedar tree we call, Mama Cedar.

Studio: Bring your mat and explore your own personal practice with access to all the studio props and access to the meditation loft & library. Home Retreat Studio has heated cork floors and a bathroom with shower for before and after tub soaks.
