Yoga for Moms Class

Remember how good you were to yourself when you were pregnant? Now it’s even more important to carve out some time for self care, so you can maintain your health & wellness. In this class we will focus on building strength, especially in the pelvic floor and core muscles while lengthening the muscles that we are constantly contracting due to caring for children.

This class is for women and mothers of all ages and stages of life.
