DESCRIPTION:SPRING?TEEN YOGA SERIES \nTuesdays 2:30-3:30pm \nMarch 30–May 4 \nAll  teens are welcome in this dynamic & empowering virtual yoga series where everyone benefits and belongs. \nWe’re grappling with a world of uncertainty and spending WAY too much time alone during this pandemic. \nWhat you’ll gain from yoga with Jenny? \nI Promise You Will: \nLearn to trust how strong and capable you are \nBuild skills to manage life’s emotional ups and downs  \nLearn what mindfulness is and how it can help you \nBuild confidence  \nLearn cool arm balances and inversions  \nFeel more calm & less anxious \nJOIN JENNY TUESDAYS 2:30-3:30PM starting March 30! \nMinimum of 5 students to run this series\, so grab a friend and sign up! \n\nNote to parents: \nYoga is the most holistic way to help teens get out of their own way and empower themselves to learn how to take charge of their mental\, emotional and physical lives. \nIn this series\, your will begin to feel more calm\, focused and empowered through the many benefits of a regular yoga practice.  They’ll learn meaningful mindfulness practices to take off the mat and into their homes\, classrooms and futures. \nYoga Benefits: \nStress-reduction\, mindfulness (ability to live more in the present) muscular strength\, emotional regulation\, confidence\, social ease\, empathy\, relaxation\, restful sleep\, lowered anxiety\, better digestion\, flexibility \nSuch benefits can and do\, lead to a more harmonious family life ?
