Seattle. \nRest & Restore is a 75 min restorative yoga class with sound healing throughout\, for a deeply relaxing opportunity to come home to yourself and reset your nervous system. \nWhat is restorative yoga?  An opportunity to release tension\, relax your muscles and rest your mind through poses that support your body in gentle poses\, easeful stretching & supportive props like blankets & bolsters. \nThere are no standing poses and you can expect to be laying down for the duration of class. Wear your PJ’s if you like! \nSound Bath by Jenelle\, of Resonance  Bathed in harmonic and dissonant musical notes played with her crystal singing bowls\, chimes and gongs\, this combination of sound healing & restorative poses welcome the opportunity to re-set your nervous system\, calm your mind and release tension. \nJenelle will be bathing us in sound healing from the meditation loft in the studio🙌 \nAfter class\, we’ll enjoy a homemade vegetarian meal together in community\, with options to luxuriate in the cedar hot tub or spend a quiet moment in the meditation loft. \nThe schedule: \n6:30-7:45pm  in the studio (come 5 mins early to set up & settle in) \n7:45-8-30pm  Dinner alfresco *weather permitting & optional hot tub time \nLearn more about the Home Retreat Studio
