Choose your morning: Tuesday or Thursday\nClasses are 75 mins with an optional 30 min after class for community connection\, tea & snack\, a soak in the cedar tub\, relax in the meditation loft\, or yoga swing inversion play.\n\n\nFull payment is required to register for all series and workshops.
