DESCRIPTION:PRANAYAMA+MEDITATION+RESTORATIVE YOGA  \n4 week Series \nat HOME RETREAT \nIn this 4 week Series\, offered 3 times a year on Sunday evenings (see details below)\, we’ll dive into the breath and how a regular pranayama practice can greatly enhance and encourage a rich meditation practice.  This series is taught as interactive workshops\, where students learn a variety of pranayama practices & meditative techniques. Find which practices resonate most for you and perhaps include in a home practice ritual.
