An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 16, 2021
Designed to take students to the intermediate level in their practice, inviting more challenging poses. Vinyasa style yoga emphasizes a continuous flowing practice, linking breath with movement, using sun salutations, lots of core building through mindful transitions in and out of poses. This more vigorous practice builds all-over body strength, tone, stamina and focus.
This class is not recommended for those new to yoga.
