All  teens are welcome in this dynamic & empowering yoga series where everyone benefits and belongs.

6 week series for teens 13-17 Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 at Aditi Studio 

Teens are grappling with a world of uncertainty. It’s a time steeped in comparison, curiosity, exploration & self-doubt. Social and school stresses alone can become unmanageable for teens, without the skills to manage their emotions, schoolwork and schedules and create empowering solutions to everyday problems.

Yoga is the most holistic way to help teens get out of their own way and empower themselves to learn how to take charge of their mental, emotional and physical lives.

In this series, teens will begin to immediately feel more calm, focused and empowered through the many benefits of a regular yoga practice.  They’ll learn meaningful mindfulness practices to take off the mat and into their homes, classrooms and futures.

Yoga Benefits:

Stress-reduction, mindfulness (ability to live more in the present) muscular strength, emotional regulation, confidence, social ease, empathy, relaxation, restful sleep, lowered anxiety, better digestion, flexibility

Such benefits can and do lead to more a harmonious family life ?
