AllĀ  teens are welcome in this dynamic & empowering virtual yoga series where everyone benefits and belongs.

We’re grappling with a world of uncertainty and spending WAY too much time alone during this pandemic.

Note to parents:

Yoga is the most holistic way to help teens get out of their own way and empower themselves to learn how to take charge of their mental, emotional and physical lives.

In this series, your will begin to feel more calm, focused and empowered through the many benefits of a regular yoga practice.Ā  They’ll learn meaningful mindfulness practices to take off the mat and into their homes, classrooms and futures.

Yoga Benefits:

Stress-reduction, mindfulness (ability to live more in the present) muscular strength, emotional regulation, confidence, social ease, empathy, relaxation, restful sleep, lowered anxiety, better digestion, flexibility

Such benefits can and do, lead to a more harmonious family life šŸ™Œ
