at HOME RETREAT
In this 4 week Series, offered 3 times a year on Sunday evenings (see details below), we’ll dive into the breath and how a regular pranayama practice can greatly enhance and encourage a rich meditation practice. This series is taught as interactive workshops, where students learn a variety of pranayama practices & meditative techniques. Find which practices resonate most for you and perhaps include in a home practice ritual. Workshops close with restorative poses for deep relaxation and a restful night’s sleep.
