PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION SERIES at HOME RETREAT

In this 4 week Series, offered 3 times a year (see details below) we’ll dive into the breath and how a regular pranayama practice can greatly enhance and encourage a rich meditation practice.

You’ll learn:

    • the anatomy of the breath
    • benefits of optimal breathing
    • a wide variety of breath practices (pranayama)
    • the breath as self-healer
    • best practices to use for different mental, emotional and physical states
    • the difference between mindfulness and meditation
    • the how & why of meditation

Offered 3 times a year

Saturdays from 10-11:15 am:

October 2020:  3, 10, 17, 24

February 2021:  6, 13 ,20, 27

June 2021:  5, 12, 19, 26
